Join Tammy for a Strength & Mobility Workshop for Your Spine! Combining twists, forward folds and hip openers you will be guided through a series of fun and informative skills and drills to develop greater awareness of some very basic principles to create healthy movement in your amazing spine.
Twists rotate the spine and stretch the muscles of the back…providing relief from back pain associated with tight, stiff muscles and allowing greater range of motion for daily activities AND your favorite sport! (i.e. golf, tennis, pickle ball)
