Cultivate confidence and strength through breath, movement, and art this summer. Yoga increases focus and concentration as it promotes a mindful connection to the body, creating healthy habits for children to practice in their everyday lives. Ajilon Philyaw is a 2nd grade teacher at Petal Primary School. She has practiced yoga for over 10 years and is currently enrolled in The Yoga Room Teacher Training. Ajilon has a passion for teaching yogic principles, postures and mindfulness to her children and is excited to offer her first “Kula Kids” classes at the studio this summer. Classes will be for children ages 5 – 10 and will be offered in 2 sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Session 1 is May 31 – June 14 and Session 2 is June 21 – July 5. We will allow 12 children in each session. Reserve your spot soon! Investment One Session $40 and Both Sessions $75.
