6 Week Introduction to Mindfulness Course with John Milham begins Monday April 7th 6:00 PM

This 6 Week Introduction to Mindfulness Course will help you cultivate greater awareness, presence and inner peace in your daily life. It will provide you with a supportive space to explore the practice through guided meditations, mindful movement and breathwork. We will also explore working with thoughts and emotions, mindful listening, communication and incorporating mindfulness into everyday life. Class meets from April 7th through May 12th. Absolutely no experience necessary.
