With the Holidays in mind…Session Two is being offered by special request!

Now, more than ever, we need tools to keep us grounded, calm, and centered during the uncertain times we are living in. This 4 Week course is specifically designed to help you counter the effects of stress on every system of your body. With a background in psychology and nursing, and over 20 years of experience teaching yogic principles to students, private clients, and patients, Tammy will teach you how to implement the practice of yoga into your everyday life…at work, at home, at play.

Our weekly practice will include gentle stretches to relieve stress and tension from the neck, shoulders, back and hips. Restorative postures, Yin postures, breathing exercises and Yoga Nidra will also be included. Make a commitment to one night a week and experience what a difference it makes in your holidays!

For Beginners, or any level student. Session One is not required to take Session Two.
