Our beloved Yin Yoga practice is back on the weekly class schedule…Sunday evenings at 5:00 PM beginning October 11th with Serina.
Yin Yoga postures are held for a long period of time to target the deep connective tissues of the body and to regulate the flow of energy in the body. It is a more meditative approach to a deep physical practice. Designed to counter the negative effects of sitting for long periods of time, or any sport that can create imbalance in the body. Perfect for beginners or practitioners of any level.
