Thank you for checking my website! After 22 years as the founder, owner and manager for this amazing studio, The Yoga Room, I have passed on the responsibility to another teacher. I am currently revamping this website.

The studio is now called The Yoga Room OG (Oak Grove).  I am teaching my All Levels Strength and Grace Yoga on Tuesdays at 5:45 PM and occasional Saturdays at this location this fall.
