Even if you missed Part One…no worries! There will be review and lots of repetition to reinforce techniques.
Skill in Action is for both experienced students and beginners. The only prerequisite is that you be able to get up and down off the floor! (But try it with no hands!!)
This Course includes the following:
*6 75 minute classes on 6 consecutive Monday nights (Jan. 2 – Feb. 6)
In this Course, you will practice:
*Vinyasa Flow Warm-ups
*Skillful alignment in Basic Yoga Postures
*Strength and Mobility Exercises for spine, shoulders, and hips (CARS)
*How to use props to maximize the benefits of each posture and exercise
*Breathing Exercises to increase focus and concentration and to lower stress in the body and mind
Preregistration is required.
***Please bring your own yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, and a yoga blanket. Bolsters are optional. All other yoga props will be provided.
