New Weekend Drop-in Class: Deep Hips 9:30 – 11:00 AM on selected Saturdays with Kim Paola

Deep Hips is a challenging 90-minute class that systematically stretches the connective tissues surrounding the hip structure, leaving the lower body with a sense of length, openness, and balance. Props are provided and greatly encouraged…to achieve alignment and intended sensations and comfort throughout the practice. Open to all levels.
