New Class with John Milham starts Wed. Jan. 17 12:10 PM – 12:50 PM

Take a break from work or simply in the middle of your day! All Levels Flow is a 40 minute lunch time practice centered around a vinyasa flow style. This class will incorporate many elements of mindfulness meditation to help students learn breath, body awareness, and relaxation techniques which help with the stress and busyness of everyday life.
