Beginner Yoga Immersion with MonicaThis 6 week course is for beginners or any level student who is interested in a class that stresses a solid foundation and healthy physical alignment in their bodies.  This course will assist the student to establish a solid base on which to build and deepen their yoga practice.  The following topics will be covered:*breathing practices*understanding of the functional value and connection of yoga philosophy and mindful movement*basic transitions into and out of yoga poses*finding better alignment with the use of yoga propsThis class is taught by Monica Wood, RYT-500, ELDOA 4 Trainer, Roll Model Method PracttionerEach session will build upon the last.  Please bring your own props if you have them.  You will need a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga blanket and a yoga strap.Investment:  $100
