Beginner Yoga Immersion with Monica This 6 week course is for beginners or any level student who is interested in a class that stresses a solid foundation and healthy physical alignment in their bodies. This course will assist the student to establish a solid base on which to build and deepen their yoga practice. The following topics will be covered: *breathing practices *understanding of the functional value and connection of yoga philosophy and mindful movement *basic transitions into and out of yoga poses *finding better alignment with the use of yoga props This class is taught by Monica Wood, RYT-500, ELDOA 4 Trainer, Roll Model Method Practtioner Each session will build upon the last. Please bring your own props if you have them. You will need a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga blanket and a yoga strap. Investment: $100
