What is alignment? What is functional movement? How can optimal alignment help to build greater strength, mobility and body awareness in everything that I do? Learn all the answers to these questions in this 4 week course. Take this information with you into your yoga practice on the mat, any sport you play, and any workout you tackle! Designed for the Beginner Yoga Immersion graduates, any beginners, experienced students, athletes, and yoga teachers who want to deepen their understanding of healthy alignment. Tammy will teach shoulder alignment on the first night, hips on the second and spine on the third. In the final session, we will put it all together! Please bring a journal to take notes.
