Michele Ferguson, E-RYT 200 will be offering 6 additional classes to the weekly schedule…beginning Tuesday Aug. 6th.

Beginning Yoga Flow T/TH at 9:00 AM-10:15 AM and Wednesdays 5:45 PM-7:00 PM

Strength and Mobility T/TH at 10:30-11:30 AM

Restorative Yoga Fridays 10:15-11:15 AM
