Posture Basics
Exploring posture basics using props for the different poses that will be part of a flow practice held on Friday mornings at 10:30. Examples would be standing poses and hip poses using blocks and chairs or shoulders and inversion poses using blocks and the wall.
Friday 10:30-11:30 AM
Yoga Flow
A flow practice incorporating the poses that were demonstrated and practiced at the Monday morning Basics 10:30 class. You do not have to attend on Monday to participate in this flow class but it is recommended.
