Yoga for SENIORS

Did you know that we have 3 different classes on our schedule each week for Seniors? As we age or as we recover from an illness, an injury or even a surgery, it’s essential to modify yoga postures to suit the individual. Yoga is for EVERYBODY and EVERY BODY!

Our MWF 8:30 AM classes are suited for any level student, any age, and any student who is looking for a gentle yoga practice.  If you have any doubt or any questions, please call me, Tammy, at 601-270-9262.
