Back by Popular Demand!! Cultivate confidence and strength through breath and movement this
summer! Yoga increases focus and concentration as it promotes a
mindful connection to the body, creating healthy habits for children
to practice in their everyday lives. Classes will include breathing
exercises, mindfulness games, movement, and art.
Investment: $75 per session

Teacher, Ajilon Grothe, has been teaching school for the past 9 years and has
been practicing yoga for over 14. She completed her yoga teacher certification
at The Yoga Room with Jordan Bloom and Tammy Kolbo. Ajilon is certified
through Yoga Alliance and holds an RYT 200 certification. Ajilon integrates
kid’s yoga daily in her classroom and teaches afterschool to children in her
community. Her passion is cultivating mindfulness in children through breath,
movement, and body awareness that will carry them throughout their lives.
