New Classes starting this October!

REVIVE YOGA MONDAYS 5:45 PM – 7:00 PM: Want to press the reset button on your week? Enter REVIVE Yoga, a class that incorporates vigorous vinyasa flow and restorative postures. For the first half of class, you will move through a sequence of empowering, engaging postures. For the second half, you will relax into restorative postures to reset your body, mind and spirit… for the rest of the week. Consider REVIVE the best of both worlds: Mary Ryan offers a class that covers both strength and surrender and awakens the best version of you!

YOGA 101 TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS 1:15PM-2:15 PM:  Midday yoga for Beginners. Schedule-friendly and intimidation-free. Join Mary Ryan for a gentle sequence that engages body, mind, and spirit and leaves you ready to embrace the rest of your day!

RESTORE and RENEW WEDNESDAYS 6:00 – 7:00 PM: ALL LEVELS: This one hour class begins with restorative postures, practiced on the floor using props to support and align the body in gentle twists, backbends and hip openers. Each posture is held for 5 minutes while incorporating deep breathing and mindful attention to the sensations of the body. The restorative practice will be followed by a guided, relaxing meditation and music. A perfect midweek practice for all students.
