This 6 week Beginner Yoga Immersion includes the following:
6 75 minute classes with Tammy on 6 consecutive weeks
6 FREE classes…1 class each week, any class you choose (this gives you an opportunity to try other teachers and other types of classes)
6 Handouts, 1 each week, with Home Practice suggestions
Yoga Philosophy and it’s application to the 21st century
Basic Level 1 Postures with emphasis on healthy physical alignment and why
Breathing Exercises to increase focus and concentration and to lower stress in the body and mind
Meditation…it’s benefits, and suggestions on how to create your own practice every day
