Welcome back to school! The Yoga Room knows that making that transition back to school, whether it’s High School or College, can be a stressful time. A regular practice of yoga can help to keep you grounded and more centered. Learn the ancient philosophy of yoga and postures to help strengthen and stretch your body, mind and spirit. Our studio welcomes you to any class that fits your busy schedule. Your drop in fee for the month of August and September is only $5.00! First, you must click JOIN to fill out your profile. Then, sign up for the class of your choice here! Please come to class with your student ID, a yoga mat, a towel, and a spirit ready to learn how to incorporate this practice into your everyday life on campus!
