This 6 week Beginner Yoga Immersion includes the following:
- 6 75 minute classes with Tammy on 6 consecutive Thursday nights (Jan. 11 – Feb. 15)
- 6 FREE classes…1 class each week, any class you choose (this gives you an opportunity to try other teachers and other types of classes)
- 6 Handouts, 1 each week, with Home Practice suggestions
- Yoga Philosophy and it’s application to the 21st century
- Basic Level 1 Postures with emphasis on healthy physical alignment and why
- Breathing Exercises to increase focus and concentration and to lower stress in the body and mind
- Meditation…it’s benefits, and suggestions on how to create your own practice every day
