This 40 day course is based upon one of our favorite yoga books written by Baron Baptiste, entitled “40 Days to Personal Revolution”. Each week emphasizes a philosophical focal point, a mindful eating plan, meditation, a daily yoga practice and excavation questions that provide opportunity for self-study and reflection. You will be guided through your personal transformation in group meetings, group yoga practices and a private FB group for community support.

Monday evening 90 minute Power Yoga Practice 5:45 PM – 7:15 PM
Thursday evening short practice and community meetings 5:45 – 6:45 PM
